We often spend every day distracted, performing one task after another like a machine. How often do we actually step back and be grateful for the good things in our life?

There’s a lot of negative emotions in the world. Fear, panic, anger… they all bring us down, and they don’t help. You know the old saying, “The only thing to fear is fear itself.” We can spend our whole day being afraid, panicking, and angry, but it does nothing to solve our problems.

In contrast, science has shown that practicing gratitude actually has a positive impact on our lives and the lives of others.

This episode tells the story of one executive with a strong gratitude attitude and how she turned one employee’s day around.
