Employees and Clients are loyal to your organization when they trust your employees to consistently demonstrate good character.
This course helps individuals and groups explore what good character is; the differences between virtues, beliefs, and values; how to manage your ego; examples of good character; a character test; and provides exercises to explore how you live out your standards for good character.
PLEASE NOTE: Lesson 5 of this course is a suggested Character Test. It mentions the foundation of a person’s character is our beliefs, which are based on our life experiences and spiritual faith.
Some companies encourage employees to openly discuss their personal beliefs, and even their faith. Others do not. This lesson does not advocate one approach or the other.
IMPORTANT: Unless you have confirmed your company encourages discussion of your personal beliefs and/or faith, it’s best to keep them to yourself.
We encourage you to complete this course and apply what you learn to strengthen your good character habits.
